Each printed portrait is made to order from your photograph. You approve the finished preview before production. Delivery estimates depend on the product and destination and are confirmed before you order.
Shipping and tracking
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. We send delivery and tracking information when it becomes available. Studio images are digital downloads in your account and do not require shipping.
Returns and cancellations
Our printed portraits are personalised for you and generally cannot be returned because you have changed your mind, where permitted by law. Your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products are unaffected. Contact us promptly if you need to change an order before production.
Damage or a problem with your order
Email hello@ettermaele.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs of the issue. We will help arrange the appropriate remedy. Please contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the correct address.
